Present yourself professionally on social media

It’s popular to use social media as a business these days. Many companies create their own personas to use on social media to attract attention and fit in with other social media users. However, if you focus too much on trying to fit in, you can end up looking like a fool.

Using social media as a business is completely different from how a regular person would use it. You need to be professionals, you need to be courteous and you can’t focus too much on trying to fit in with the crowd by changing the way you speak or act. Creating a brand persona is a great way to get more attention on social media, but you also need a dedicated community manager on your team.
